1. Enhance leave entry screen - adjustment able to key in negative value.
Bugs Fixed
1. Fixed the yearly leave balance report - HOURLY leave entitlement calculation shows incorrect issue, if compared to leave balance screen.
2. Fixed applicant able to submit claim with zero amount issue.
