1. Change the payroll process headcount checking method.
(Previous) user will not be able to commit the payroll if over purchased headcounts.
(Current) user will not be able to process the payroll if over purchased headcounts.
2. There will be a late charge (50% of 1-month charges) to late payment user.
Example, if the billing day of the subscription is 7th of the month. On 07/03/2023, user didn’t make any payment to pro-forma invoice and till 08/04/2023 only make purchase. Now, system will auto
calculate the late charge to the billing. BUT there is exceptional for those 12 months Premium Plan user.
Bug
1. Fixed unpaid leave deduction issue.
For monthly rate employee, will deduct unpaid leave in payroll process.
For daily / hourly rate employee, will minus the unpaid leave from basic salary in payroll process.
