1. Allowed employees to amend their approved leave days. Employees apply 3 days leave but wished to cancel 1 days leave. After submit cancellation, approver need to approve the cancel leave.
Go to My Leave > Apply Leave > Cancel button
Currently only available in web. Mobile apps will be update later.
2. Allowed copy from other employee information when add new employee.
Go to Employee Maintenance > Add New > Copy From
Select which employee information would like to copy from. Employment Detail info, Statutory Setting (exclude member no and amount), addition and deduction and UDF will be copied.
3. Added “Remark Column” in bonus payroll type.
4. Added New Payroll Report > Zakat Listing Report.
5. Added data source “action remark” in Claim Type Transaction Listing Report.
6. Enhanced claim details running sequence.
Bug
1. Fixed claim request listing report details not sort by index.
2. Fixed when edit loan repayment amount, balance will show negative amount.
3. Fixed unable to submit claim when Boolean type is unchecked and is mandatory field.
4. Fixed allowed duplicate UDF title.
5. Fixed no data is imported when using claim excel import.
6. Fixed when claim type detail items more than 10, column will be truncated.
7. Fixed unable received payslip notifications when send notification & release payslip by schedule.
