Enhancement

1. Enhanced on calendar which allowed input 0.5 decimal in working hours per day.

• Go to Calendar > Month Information > Eg: key 7.5 in the working hours per day column. Remember to assign that calendar to the employee.

Note: Only allowed 0.5 rounding figure. Eg 6.5, 7.5 and etc…

2. Enhanced leave request on web which will block to apply hourly leave for cross night.

3. Enhanced warning message and not allow user clocking in & out same within 1 minute in mobile apps.

4. Added new bank payment file for OCBC – EIS.

5. Added new bank payment file for Ambank - AmAutoPay (combine).

Bug

1. Fixed unable to key in two transaction AM and PM on same date by using leave entry.

2. Fixed calculation of exclude OT amount counted wrongly.

3. Fixed when add new calendar year, the rest days is not copied over from previous year.

4. Fixed when append leave with negative hours leave, it will show wrong hours at leave entry.

5. Fixed able to click apply button while without select any employee in leave entry.

6. Fixed total no of working days show wrong after running different payroll type in payroll process.

7. Fixed error checking on employee status when doing first time setup wizard and employee express import.

8. Fixed attendance report, the clock details is missing.
