Enhancements

1. EA Form for 2024 is ready for download.

• Available via Reports > Government Reports > Income Tax Report >EA. 

*To generate EA forms, you are first required to run the payroll closing process. This can be done via Tools > Option > Payroll Closing > Add New for Year 2024.

2. Form E and Form CP 8D 2024 are ready for download.

• Reports > Government Reports > Income Tax Report > Borang E & CP8D. Online filing for the E form in the LHDN portal will open on 1^st March 2025.

3. Pay Slips: Added new data source for customization “bonus month no” in bonus list.

4. Attendance Transaction: Enhanced calculation, rounding up to nearest 1 decimal point for minutes calculation.

5. Payroll Summary Report: Enhanced default layout, report will be grouped by department.

6. Excel Import: Previous PRTrans: Added validation checking on employee join date.

Bug Fixes

1. Attendance Transaction: Fixed issue where shift status is incorrect during specific scenarios.

2. Shift Maintenance: Fixed typing error for “Add Shift”.

3. Attendance Detail Report: Fixed number of count for paid/unpaid leave column.

4. Submit Claim by Web: Fixed issue where users are unable to re-upload attachment after exceeding upload limit.

5. Payroll Process: Fixed description issue in basic salary column for piece rate/hourly/ daily workers.

6. OCBC Salary Payment File: Fixed IC column capture wrong field when salary percent is set to 0.

7. HLB CF (Duit Now-Acc No) Salary Payment File: Fixed beneficiary bank code column showing empty when employee bank is HLB.

8. Mobile App: Fixed issue where users are unable to apply half day leave on rest days and holidays.
