Payroll Process now displays Employee SOCSO and SKBBK amounts separately. The same enhancement has been applied to Payslips and the SOCSO Report, where SKBBK amounts are shown as a separate item.
2.In Payroll Process > Select Payroll Types and Employees – Employee selection filters have been enhanced to include Employee Type and Project, in addition to the existing Branch and Department filters. Applied filters are displayed with filter indicators for easier identification.
3. The Employees column in Payroll Process now supports column width adjustment.
4. Adhoc Payroll Items now support filtering employees by Active and Inactive status. A status indicator has also been added to clearly display each employee's current status.
5. Leave Credit will be displayed in green on the leave date. Hovering over the date will show the credited leave details.
6. Added new statutory payment file for Citibank – EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN.
Bug Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where Payroll Summary could not be previewed when the Payroll Process was not committed.
2. Fixed an issue where creating a Free Subscription incorrectly generated an invoice.
3. Fixed an issue where Overtime/Allowance/Deduction could not be edited manually in Payroll Process when a formula was configured in maintenance.
4. Fixed an issue where the Buffer field in Shift Maintenance reverted to 0 after saving, even when left blank.
5. Fixed an issue where Employee Paid Zakat and Departure Levy was missing from payroll process.
6. Fixed an issue where the Instant EA Generated Report was displayed as empty.
