This guide will assist you in adding a downloadable claim attachment file in claim request report.
To add a downloaded claim attachment file in the Claim Request Report, go to Reports.
Select the claim request report and click on the edit icon to edit the report.
Click on the field on the right panel and search for FileDownloadURL and click and drag and drop the FileDownloadURL under ‘Detail’ to the desired location of the report.
Then click on the newly added FileDownloadURL and click on the setting icon at the right panel and under Behavior, tick / enable Allow Markup Text.
Click on the three line at the top left corner of the screen to expand the panel / menu.
Click Save As and enter a unique name and click Save to save the changes made.
