This guide will assist you in designing a payroll report to show by department only.


To design a payroll report to show by department only, go to Reports.



Select the desired report to customize and click on the edit icon next to the report name to edit the report.



Another method is to first click on Preview to preview the report.



Then click on the edit icon next to the printer icon to edit the report design.



The page will then be in designer mode for user to customize the report.



Select the Detail1 (Detail) table row in the middle of the report, select Behavior and it should expand to more options, untick the checkbox Visible.



Once done, click on the three line at the top left corner of the screen to expand the panel / menu.



Click on Save As and enter a unique name for the newly designed report and click Save.



Then head back to the main page and click on Preview and select the newly designed report and click Preview to view the report.
