This guide will assist you in deleting a sub-report field in a report.

To delete a sub-report field in a report, go to Reports

Select the desired report to customize and click on the edit icon next to the report name to edit the report.

Another method is to first click on Preview to preview the report.

Then click on the edit icon next to the printer icon to edit the report design.

The page will then be in designer mode for user to customize the report.

Click on any one of the sub reports, for instance subReportLeaveBalance.

Then click del on your keyboard to delete the subreport.

Click on the three lines at the top left corner of the screen to expand the panel / menu.

Click on Save As to save the report and enter a unique name for the report.

Head back to the main page of the report and click on Preview.

Select the newly designed report and click on Preview.
