This guide will assist you if your account has been locked.
Scenario:
I tried to login, but the system prompts “This account has been locked out, please try again in 15 minutes”.
Answer: The issue occurs when the wrong password is entered more than three times.
To resolve it, follow these steps:
On the login page, click on "Forgot Password."
Enter your email address and click "Submit."
The system will then send a "Reset Password" email. Click the "Reset Password" button in the email to reset your password.
Set your new password, re-enter it to confirm, and click "Submit."
Once submitted, the system will display a message saying, "Your password has been reset." Finally, click "Log in to your account" to sign in using your new password.
