To check on the leave application / approval status, click on Human Resource > Leave Transaction under Leave Management. Apply filters such as Employee, Leave Type, and Year, then click on Search. If no filter is required, leave the Employee field blank and click on Search. Once you’ve clicked on the Search button, you will be able to see the transaction and right click anywhere in the transaction and click on Column Chooser. How to decrease employee leave entitlement?This guide will assist you in decreasing employee(s) leave entitlement. To decrease employee's leave entitlement, go to Human Resource > Leave Entry under Leave Management. At the top right corner, click on Add New to add a new leave transaction. Select the second option to Append (Adjust) the employee's leave. Key in the reason, select the type of leave, key in the number of days to be decreased but in negative (‘-ve’) and select the employee that you would like to decrease / adjust the number of leave days. Click on Save to save the transaction. Although the leave has been appended / adjusted, it will still show deduct due to the negative (‘-ve’) figure keyed in. How to forcefully recalculate leave entitlement and balance?This guide will assist you in forcefully recalculating the leave entitlement and balance. Purpose: To forcefully update the leave entitlement and balance. To forcefully recalculate the leave entitlement / balance, you must first identify the entitlement group that the employee is in, then click on Tools > Entitlement Group under User Settings, and edit by clicking on the pencil icon. Edit any of the leave by clicking on the pencil icon and change any of the figure displayed in any of the columns, for example, edit BF days from 7 to 0 then click on the diskette icon to save. Once saved, click on the pencil icon again to edit and change the figure back from 0 to 7 (or the original figure) and save again. Once done, you may save the overall changes made by clicking on the Save button at the top right corner. Once saved, user should see a navy blue bar with employee code and name flashing at the bottom of the screen. That may be ignored as system is just recalculating the leave entitlement / balance. How to maintain Carry Forward Leave using Excel template?This guide will assist you in maintaining employee's carry forward leave using excel template. Note: There three ways in maintaining employee(s) carry forward leave : i) Excel Import ii) Leave Closing iii) Manual Edit This is the Excel Import method. To maintain employee's carry forward leave using excel template, click on Tools > Excel Import under Options. Click on CF Leave to download the excel import carry forward template. Once the excel import template has been downloaded, click on the file. Fill in the necessary information such as Employee Code, Leave Type Code, Year (The year you would like this CF Leave to appear), CF Days and save once you’re done. *CF = Carry Forward Head back to AutoCount HRMS Excel Import page, upload the file that was edited and click on the Upload button. Click on Import All to import all of the transaction(s) in the excel import file. Once done, head on over to Human Resource > Leave Balance under Leave Management and search for the employee to view the imported details.
