This guide will assist you in transferring a company from one subscription to another regardless of whom is the owner of the new subscription.
To transfer a company, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
In the SUBSCRIPTIONS page, identify which company you would like to transfer, after that, click on Manage.
After that click on Transfer Icon. If you have more than one company within the subscription, make sure to point to the correct company to be transferred.
After that, the Transfer Company option will prompt and you are required to key in the NEW Subscription ID that you wish the company to move to, the subscriber email is auto detected by system. Then click on Transfer Company button.
As per the notes provided, sufficient headcount must be available in the corresponding subscription and a fee will be applied for company transfer.
Key in the email of the NEW Subscriber and click on Transfer Subscription.
Select Yes in the confirmation page.
You are then redirected to the subscription portal where you are required to make the payment of the transfer fee first before the new subscriber is able to receive the new company.
