This guide will assist you in inviting an employee to access AutoCount Cloud Payroll 


Note: This feature / function is only applicable if your subscription plan is premium as only premium plan has the feature to allow employees to access the e-modules.


To invite an employee to access AutoCount Cloud Payroll, click on Payroll > Employee Maintenance under Employee.


Identify the staff that you would like to invite and click on the pencil icon to edit.


Go to Invite User


Tick / Check the Invite User box and key in the email that the employee will be using to login and select their access group and click on Save to invite the employee.
