This guide will assist you in adding an additional public holiday into the calendar.


To add an additional public holiday into the calendar, click on Tools > Calendar under General Maintenance.


Identify the calendar that you would like to add the additional public holiday and edit by clicking onto the pencil icon.


Select the date that you would like to set as the additional public holiday.


Key in the Description of this additional public holiday and ensure that the date is correct, and it is set to Full Day. Once done, click on Save to save the changes made.


Hover the mouse over the date to see the description of the public holiday assigned.


Click on Save at the top right corner to save the changes made.
