The recalculate button will automatically appear next to the employee’s name whenever there's any sort of manual adjustment made on an employee’s payroll. This is because after adjustments, the amount would not be captured yet until the user is sure of the changes to be made, then only can the user click on Recalculate.
Click on Yes to recalculate the specific employee’s payroll.
After recalculating, the new amount would reflect and be captured by the system.
