This guide will assist you in allowing employee to download their EA form on their own.
Employees can download their own EA form by going to the Employee Self Service (ESS) or in their mobile application
Note: Ensure the following has been done :
- Payslip has been committed and released to employees.
- Payroll closing has been performed and committed.
To download the EA form, go to Dashboard and click on the icon displayed under EA FORM to view the EA form.
In the mobile app, go to Payslip and select the desired year and click on the three dots at the top right corner and select Download EA.
