This guide will assist you in setting up approval method by organization chart.
To setup the approval method by organization chart, go to Tools > User Settings > Approval Setting.
Select By organization chart and then click on Add new.
Insert the specific Approval Chart Title and tick the empty checkbox for the respective modules that this approval flow is for and fill in the necessary information such as the day duration / range and click on the diskette icon once done to save.
