How to limit certain users only able to view certain groups of Employees?

This guide will assist you in limiting the user viewing access right in terms of employee groups.


Example: Ali can only view employees leave / payroll / attendance information in group A, and cannot view other employees in any other groups.


Purpose: Filtering / Restriction Purpose


To restrict / limit employee on their viewing access rights on other employees, go to Tools > User Settings > User Authorization.


After that, select the employee and click on the pencil icon to edit.


Go to Authorized Entitlement Groups and select the group(s) of employees that the User is allowed to view. Once done, click on Save to save the changes made.

  • Currently, this is the only method for users to be able to manage groups of employees.
