Can I split the invoices from the same subscription?

Scenario: 

Adam subscribes to one HRMS Cloud Subscription (Subscription 2026), which includes two companies :  Company A and Company B.

After renewal, he receives only one invoice. He would like to split the invoice into two, based on each company.


Answer: 

To splitthe invoices, one of the companies must be transferred to a seperate subscription.


For example:

  • Move Company B to a new subscription.
  • if there is no existing subscription, create a new one (e.g., Subscription 2026-2).

Once completed:

  • Each subscription will contain only one company.
  • fuure renewals will generate separate invoices for each subscription.


Notes:

The invoice split will only take effect in the next renewal cycle.
