Follow the steps below to set up, disable, and manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account.


Steps to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Go to Profile Name > Profile.


  1. Go to Two-factor authentication.

  2. Click Add authenticator app.


  1. The system will display instructions for configuring an authentication app.


  1. Download and install a 2FA authenticator app on your mobile device:

  • Microsoft Authenticator (For Android / IOS)


  • Google Authenticator (For Android / IOS)


  1. Configure the authenticator app using one for the following methods:

  • Scan the QR Code


  • Manually enter the setup key (Spaces and letter casing do not matter).


  1. The authenticator app will generate a 6-digit verification code.


  1. Enter the verification code in the Verification Code field and click Verify.


  1. Recovery codes will be displayed.

ℹ️ Note: Save the recovery codes in a secure place. They are required if you lose access to your authenticator device. Losing both your device and recovery codes may result in permanent loss of account access.


Steps to Login Using Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. After entering login credentials, the system will prompt a verification window.


  1. Open your authenticator app.

  2. Retrieve the 6-digit code


  1. Enter the code and click Login.


Steps to Disable Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Go to Profile Name > Profile.

  2. Select Two-Factor Authentication.

  3. Click Disable 2FA.


  1. Click Disable 2FA again to confirm.

ℹ️ Note: Disabling 2FA only removes verification. It does not reset or change the authenticator key. You must reset the authenticator app to change the key.


  1. You will be prompted to login again.


  1. Reconfigure or reset the authenticator app if required.


Steps to Reset Recovery Codes:

  1. Go to Profile Name > Profile.

  2. Select Two-Factor Authentication.

  3. Click Reset recovery Codes.


  1. Click Generate Recovery Codes.

ℹ️ Note: New recovery codes will replace the old ones. Store them securely. Resetting recovery codes does not change the authenticator key.


  1. New recovery codes will be generated. Save them at a secured place.


Steps to Reset Authenticator App:

  1. Go to Profile Name > Profile.

  2. Select Two-Factor Authentication.

  3. Click Reset authenticator app.


  1. Click Reset authenticator key.

ℹ️ Note: Resetting the authenticator key will deactivate the current app setup. 2FA will be temporarily disabled until reconfiguration is completed. Failure to complete setup may result in account access issues.


  1. Configure your authenticator app using the new key provided.
