Min & Max Acceptable OT Hour Per Day

This setting is used to define the minimum and maximum overtime (OT) hours that are considered valid for OT calculation per day.

  • Minimum Acceptable OT Hour Per Day – Employees must work at least the minimum required OT duration before overtime is counted.

  • Maximum Acceptable OT Hour Per Day – Limits the maximum OT hours that can be counted per day. Any overtime exceeding the limit will not be included in the OT calculation.


Example:

  • Min. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day: 0.5 hours

    • Employees must work at least 30 minutes of overtime for OT to be counted. Any overtime less than 30 minutes will be ignored.

  • Max. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day: 4 hours

    • The maximum overtime that can be counted is 4 hours per day. Any overtime exceeding 4 hours will not be included in the calculation.
