How to insert watermark on a report

Users may insert a watermark into reports to protect document content, indicate confidentiality, or enhance branding. 


Steps to Insert Watermark on a Report:

  1. Go to Reports.


  1. Select a report.

  2. Click Preview or Designer.


  1. At the Preview page, click the edit icon.


  1. Expand APPEARANCE > WATERMARKS.

  2. Click the + icon. 


  1. Expand WATERMARKS, click the  icon at Image Source.


  1. Select the file and click Open.


  1. Click the three horizontal lines icon.


  1. Select Save As.


  1. Enter a new report name and click Save.


  1. Return to the reports page and click Preview.


  1. Select the new customised report and click Preview.
