Claim Approval History and Claim Transaction are identical. The differences includes:
Claim Approval History
Used to view claim applications that require your approval or rejection.
Displays claims submitted by employees under your approval authority.
Claims can be filtered and reviewed based on their application status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected).
Claim Transaction
Used to view claim records across the company, subject to your access rights.
Allows you to review all claims that you are authorized to view, not limited to claims awaiting your approval.
Claims can be filtered and reviewed based on Claim Type.
