• Claim Approval History

  • Used to view claim applications that require your approval or rejection.

  • Displays claims submitted by employees under your approval authority.

  • Claims can be filtered and reviewed based on their application status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected).

• Claim Transaction

  • Used to view claim records across the company, subject to your access rights.

  • Allows you to review all claims that you are authorized to view, not limited to claims awaiting your approval.

  • Claims can be filtered and reviewed based on Claim Type.
