Yes. Users are allowed to purchase a new plan during the free trial period. Once the purchase is completed, the subscription will be activated immediately.
Steps to Purchase a New Plan During Free Trial:
Go to Subscriptions.
Locate the company within the subscription, then click Purchase.
A Plan Purchase window will appear.
Choose one of the following options:
Purchase Current Plan & Proceed to Payment – Proceed with the existing plan configuration.
Change Plan – Edit or modify the plan before purchase
