Can I Change the Subscription Payment Frequency When My Current Existing Plan is Still Ongoing?

No. Users are not allowed to change the subscription payment frequency while the current subscription plan is still active and ongoing. 


Payment Frequency can only be changed when subscription is near its expiry date:

  • For Yearly (12-month) subscriptions:

    • Can be changed 1 month before expiry.

  • For Other subscription plans (1, 3, 6, 9 months, etc.):

    • Can be changed 1 week (7 days) before expiry.


However, you still can update (increase / decrease) the number of headcounts in your subscription plan. Refer to Change Headcount for Payroll, eLeave & eClaim and eAttendance in Active Subscription for details.
