Yes. System provides expiry reminders for employee's Permit and Passport records.

To receive the reminder:

1. Ensure the employee's Permit Expiry Date or Passport Expiry Date has been entered in the employee profile.
2. Configure the reminder notification settings in Notification Maintenance.
3. The system will notify users before the document reaches its expiry date, allowing sufficient time for renewal.

Note:
The reminder is only available if the relevant expiry date has been recorded in the employee's profile.
