Default RuleThis guide will explain what is the difference between the 'Default Rule' function in Rule Maintenance. When enabled, the system will automatically assign this rule to the employee if they do not have a shift assigned or setup in the shift schedule and they do not have a Default Rule assigned to them in their employee profile. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day This function is used to determine what is the minimum and maximum acceptable OT Hour per day for an employee. Scenario Min. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day :0.5 Max. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day: 4 Outcome: Employee that has a shift that follows this rule has to work a minimum of 30 minutes of OT, anything less than 30 minutes will not be counted and the maximum OT hours they can work is 4 hours, anything more than that will not be counted as well. Clocking MethodThis guide will assist you in checking which clocking method did the employee used. To check on which clocking method did the employee used to clock in / out, click on Human Resource > My Team Attendance under My Attendance. You may filter the date at the top right corner, other than that, you can also view the clock in method under the Clocked By column. Amend Clock TransactionThis guide will assist you in amending the clocking transaction. To amend the clocking transaction, click on Human Resource > Attendance Transaction under Attendance Management. Filter and select a past date that you would like to update the attendance transaction. Identify the employee that you would like to update / amend the attendance transaction and click on the 00:00 under the Wrk Hrs. Key in / amend the clock in & out time and click Apply once done. Change Assigned Shift ScheduleThis guide will assist you in changing an assigned shift schedule. Once user is in the company, click on Human Resource > Shift Schedule under Attendance Management. Identify the date that you would like to change the assigned shift on and click on it. A list of shifts with the shift’s rule will drop down, select the new shift that you would like to change to and the shift on that day would be changed.
