No. Batch updating employee salaries only updates the salary information in the Employee Maintenance records. It does not automatically recalculate payroll that has already been processed.

• If payroll has not been processed, the updated salary will be used when you run payroll.
• If payroll has already been processed (but not committed), you will need to recalculate or rerun the payroll for the affected employees to apply the new salary.
• If payroll has already been committed, the committed payroll will not be updated automatically. You will need to reopen or adjust the payroll according to your company's payroll amendment process before recalculating.
