Users may cancel a pending subscription transfer request before it is accepted by the recipient. This allows the current owner to retain ownership of the subscription if the transfer was initiated by mistake or is no longer required. 

Steps to Cancel a Subscription Transfer:

1. Go to the Subscription page.

2. Locate the subscription and click Manage.

3. Click Actions and select Pending Transfer.

4. In the TRANSFER SUBSCRIPTION panel, click Cancel Transfer.

5. Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.

6. The pending transfer request will be cancelled and removed from the system.
