To split invoices, one of the companies must be transferred to a separate subscription.
Scenario:
Adam subscribes to one HRMS Cloud Subscription (Subscription 2026), which includes Company A and Company B.
After renewal, he receives one combined invoice and wants to split it into two separate invoices based on each company.
Steps to Achieve Invoice Splitting:
Create a new subscription (if no extra subscription exists). Refer to Create a New Subscription.
Transfer Company B to the new subscription. Refer to Transfer Company.
After Completion, each subscription will contain only one company. Future renewals will generate separate invoices per subscription
ℹ️ Note:
The invoice split will only take effect in the next renewal cycle. Current invoices will remain unchanged.
